Peterbilt Wisconsin Appleton has officially become a Heavy-Duty Certified Dealer for Cummins ISX engines. This certification allows Peterbilt Wisconsin Appleton to perform warranty work on 1999-present ISX Cummins engines.
Peterbilt Wisconsin Appleton managed to obtain this labor intense certification in a fraction of the time. According to Peterbilt Wisconsin Appleton General Manager, Rod Swan, This certification usually takes six months to attain, our Appleton facility earned the right to be Cummins ISX Heavy-Duty Certified in six weeks. This achievement can be credited to our knowledgeable staff and dedicated factory-trained technicians.
Since the Peterbilt Wisconsin Appleton facility opened in August, the shop was Cummins Maintenance Certified, showing the vast knowledge and experience in maintaining Cummins engines. The attainment of the ISX Heavy-Duty Certification allows this Appleton facility to better service customers.
